We are happy that you are a visitor to our AD ROTATOR INTERNATIONAL (ARI)  website, or are a member of AD ROTATOR INTERNATIONAL (ARI), however by doing so, or being a member, you must agree that the following terms and conditions are legally binding to you and that by using our websites, membership, and/or our products and services, you agree and understand all of the terms and conditions explained below.

IF YOU ARE IN DISAGREEMENT WITH ANY OF THE TERMS OR CONDITIONS EXPLAINED BELOW, DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITE, JOIN OUR PROGRAM, OR CONTINUE AS A MEMBER OF ARI. IF YOU ARE IN ANY AD ROTATOR INTERNATIONAL (ARI) PROGRAM, A VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAN LEAD TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP BEING TERMINATED.

1. TERMS

Ad Rotator International (ARI), hereafter may be referred to as "Ad Rotator International" or "ARI" or "Ad Rotator." or "Ad Rotator I.E.C." By accessing any ARI websites or products or services, you are agreeing to be bound by these website and product Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local, state and federal laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing ARI websites or products or joining ARI Programs. These Terms are subject to change at any time without notice. The materials contained in ARI websites and products are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.
 

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

ALL SALES OF AD ROTATOR INTERNATIONAL (ARI)  PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE FINAL.   THERE WILL NO REFUNDS  UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED BY ARI ON AN ARI WEBSITE SINCE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE EITHER DIGITAL OR DELIVERED IN A DIGITAL FASHION OR ARE PERFORMANCE BASED. THEREFORE THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY PURCHASES MADE OF ARI PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, TO INCLUDE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PURCHASED ON A SUBSCRIPTION BASIS FROM ANY ARI PROGRAM, TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: THE EXTRA INCOME PROGRAM, HOME EXTRA INCOME PROGRAM, ARI TECHNICAL BUSINESS UNIVERSITY PROGRAM, ARI ONLINE BUSINESS ACADEMY PROGRAM, THE ARI SMALL BUSINESS PROGRAM, THE ARI REAL ESTATE PROGRAM, AND ANY OTHER ARI SUBSCRIPTION BASED OR SINGLE PAYMENT BASED PROGRAMS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ANY BACK OFFICE SUBSCRIPTION BASED ACCOUNTS AND SERVICES  ALL PAYMENTS FOR SPONSOR FEES OR BACK OFFICE SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AT ANY TIME AND IN ANY WAY UNLESS A REFUND IS REQUESTED IN WRITING BY EMAIL OR LETTER AND UNLESS THE ARI SPONSOR VOLUNTARILY OFFERS A REFUND AND ARI APPROVES THE REFUND.

PROPRIETARY RESTRICTIONS REGARDING THE ARI TRACKING TOOL.

THE TRACKING TOOL SOFTWARE IS FREE AND GIVEN ONLY TO AD ROTATOR INTERNATIONAL QUALIFIED MEMBERS, QUALIFIED PAID TO READ MEMBERS, QUALIFIED ARI SMALL BUSINESS PLATFORM MEMBERS, AND QUALIFIED EXECUTIVE MEMBERS (MEMBERSS WHO HAVE GIVEN THEIR FIRST PERSON UP TO THEIR QUALIFIED OR EXECUTIVE SPONSOR). THIS SOFTWARE APPLICATION IS PROPRIETARY AND ONLY TO BE USED TO SUPPORT YOUR AD ROTATOR BUSINESS SYSTEM. THE FIRST-UP TRACKING SOFTWARE CANNOT BE RESOLD, MODIFIED, SHARED, OR USED TO SUPPORT ANY OTHER BUSINESS OR INCOME PROGRAM OUTSIDE OF THE ARI BUSINESS SYSTEMS.

SPECIFICATIONS.

THE ARI TRACKING TOOL DATABASE FOR "QUALIFIED" AND "EXECUTIVE QUALIFIED" MEMBERS WILL ONLY WORK ON MICROSOFT EXCEL 2007 OR HIGHER. IF YOU ONLY HAVE A MAC COMPUTER OR HAVE A PORTABLE DEVICE OTHER THAN A WINDOWS BASED LAPTOP OR PC, THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT WORK.  YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A WINDOWS PC OR LAPTOP WITH MS EXCEL.

2. MINORS.

If you are a person under the age of 18, you may not use our website or join our programs.  The ARI business is not sold to minors, so therefore a minor may not join any ARI program or use the business systems. If you are a minor, do not provide us with any personal information through use of our forms or any other function or facility on our websites.

3. PRIVACY POLICY IS PART OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Our privacy policy is part of, and subject to, these terms and conditions of use. You may view our privacy policy by clicking on the privacy link in the footer of an ARI marketing website.

4. ANTI-SPAM POLICY IS PART OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Our anti-Spam policy is a part of our terms and conditions for using our website. You may view our spam policy by clicking on the privacy link in the footer of an ARI website.

5. VISITOR USE LICENSE

If you are a visitor to an ARI website the following applys:
a.    Permission is granted to download one copy of the free materials
(information or software) on an ARI website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
i.    modify or copy the materials;
ii.    use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
iii.    attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on any ARI website;
iv.    remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
v.    transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
b.    This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these
restrictions and may be terminated by ESD or ARI at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic, video, software, or printed format.

6. MEMBER USE LICENSE

If you are a member of Ad Rotator International the following applys:
a.    Permission is granted to download AD ROTATOR INTERNATIONAL software, source code, products, and other materials (information or software) from an ARI website for personal and commercial business use only in promoting the Ad Rotator International businesses or derivative ARI businesses such as NET-Storefront, NET-Resume, NET-Memorial, NET-Pet, Private Social Media, Million Dollar Platforms etc. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title or copyright for any ARI websites, software, or other materials, and under this license you may not transfer title or copyright to any third party:
i.    a member can only modify or copy the materials in support of the ARI business or its derivative businesses;
ii.    a member can use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) so long as the use is to support their ARI business or derivatives;
iii.    a member may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or source code contained on the ARI websites or products; iv.    a member may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the ARI websites, software or materials;
v.    a member may not transfer the websites, software, or materials to another person or business or "mirror" put the materials on any other third party server that is not registered to the member. Furthermore,   a member may not display copyrighted ARI materials on any social media platform such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, X, Pinterest, Linkedin, etc. without the explicit written consent of ARI.  ARI copyrighted websites, software, or materials may not be given to another person or business to be placed on any social media platform or any other third party server that is not registered to the ARI member.
b.    This ARI license and any other ARI licenses shall automatically terminate if you quit your membership in ARI or if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ARI or Executive Systems Diversified (Parent company, hereafter referred to as "ESD ") at any time. Upon terminating your use of ARI websites, software, or materials, or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy or delete any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or in printed format.
c.    ARI monthly renewable licenses for ARI community support local businesses such as NET-Storefront, NET-Resume, NET-Memorial, NET-Pet, Private Social Media, Digital Garage Sale, Digital Yard Sale, ARI SOLO AD Sender, etc. will renew each month with the member's subscription fee payments to their ARI Sponsor and to the ARI Back Office. Failure of an ARI member to keep their monthly subscription fees current for any reason may results in ARI membership termination after a thirty (30) grace period. A terminated member is not authorized to use any ARI products, services, websites, or softwares.

7. DISCLAIMER

a.    ARI software, websites, and materials are provided "as is". ARI and ESD make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, ARI and ESD do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet websites, software and materials or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to an ARI site or program in general. Any statements or income claims on any videos on an ARI website references past results achieved by different programs outside of ARI that have used a 1-up mechanism in the past (i.e. MLM, Gifting, Direct Sales, etc.) and does not relate directly or indirectly to any ARI website or program or any program sponsored by ESD.

8. LIMITATIONS

In no event shall the ESD or any ARI member be liable for any damages
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the ARI websites, software, and materials on any ARI.'s Internet site, even if ESD has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

ARI Confirmed, Qualified and Executive members are prohibited from publicly changing the entry price of the ARI programs to anything other than a onetime price of $67.00 (US Dollars). Executive members and other ARI subscription based members are prohibited from publicly changing the entry price of the ARI subscription programs to anything other than $29.95 (US Dollars) per month. Publicly means that members cannot advertise different program prices publicly on any public platform such as their ARI member websites, or social media, videos, article directories, news, press releases, Web 2.0, or any other public platform as being different from $67.00 (US Dollars) for initial basic program entry and $29.95 per month for the entry into the subscription based programs. If members wish to make special deals with their prospects for a lower entry price they can do these deals privately, on an individual basis as an agreement between them and the prospects they are soliciting.

9. REVISIONS AND ERRATA

The materials appearing on the ARI websites can include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ARI and ESD do not warrant that any of the materials on its web sites are accurate, complete, or current. ARI may make changes to the materials contained on its websites at any time without notice. ARI does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

10. LINKS

ARI has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet websites and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ARI of the site. Use of any such linked websites is at the user's own risk.

11. SITE TERMS AND USE MODIFICATIONS

ARI may revise these terms of use for their websites at any time without notice. By using ARI websites, software, or materials you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

12. GOVERNING LAW

Any claim relating to the ARI websites shall be governed by the laws of the State that the member and owner of the website resides in, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. ARI MEMBERS
Members of ARI are prohibited from publishing any ARI Developed videos or other media on Youtube.com. Videos may be placed on Youtube as "Unlisted" Only. ARI tools are not authorized for use by the general public. If this policy is not adhered to by an ARI member, their membership may be revoked.

14. ARI EXECUTIVE AND SUBSCRIPTION BASED MEMBERS

Members of the ARI Executive Council and all other subscription based members must keep all subscription payments up to date and consistent. This includes subscriptions to a member's Executive Sponsor or other program Sponsor and to the ARI Back Office. Failure to keep subscription payments timely and current, shall caused a member's ARI membership to be revoked. There will be no exceptions to this policy unless approved by ARI senior management.  If a member's subscription is missed, either to the member's Sponsor or the ARI Back Office, the member's Executive or subscription based membership will immediately suspended.  The member will have thirty (30) calendar days to restore their subscriptions to both their Sponsor and the ARI Back Office.  Failure to do so will result in a member's Executive or subscription based membership being irreversibly terminated.  If an ARI Executive or subscription based member is terminated, their licenses to use ARI Executive or subscription based program products and software are also irreversibly revoked. 

15. LIFE-TIME MEMBERSHIP

ARI members have a life-time membership in ARI at the base ($67 one-time payment) Confirmed and Qualified Levels. There is no Executive or subscription based program level life-time membership. However, Executives who are Confirmed and Qualified members simultaneously do have life-time membership at those levels. Life-time membership may be revoked by ARI or ESD at anytime without notice due to a breach of these terms, or other negatively consequential actions, conduct or behavior demonstrated by a member. Life-time membership may also be revoked if a member takes any action deemed unfavorable to ARI or ESD. If membership is revoked, the ex-member must cease using any ARI websites, software, or other materials they acquired from ARI.

16. GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

When a member requests termination from ARI and receives a refund, that member may not join ARI again for another 6 months. If the member re-joins ARI again after 6 months, and requests a refund again, that member is permanently barred from joining ARI ever in the future. If a member is "Qualified," and re-joins ARI again after 6 months, that member will have to Qualify again. When a member gets a refund, that member must make sure to cancel any ARI or ESD subscriptions from their PayPal account. This will make sure no future subscriptions will be collected from the member by PayPal for ARI or ESD. ARI and ESD are not responsible for any future payments made by a member because the member did not cancel their ARI subscriptions and will not refund any future payments to that member.
